• We ship worldwide, including all of Europe, the USA, Canada, and Australia.
• Please note: We currently do not ship to some islands, some countries of Latin America, Africa, or remote locations.

• We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or an exchange. 
• To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. We do not cover shipping costs for returns.

After we receive your return shipment at Labubu Planet, we will initiate your refund within 3-7 working days.

Here’s what you can expect:

• Once we have your return, it will go through a processing period of approximately 3-7 working days.
• You will receive a notification confirming your refund once the processing is complete.
• During this time, your return undergoes quality control checks.

Important Information:

• We do not send a confirmation message upon receipt of your return shipment. Please use your tracking details to confirm delivery to us.
• Once the refund is initiated, it will be credited to your original payment method and should appear in your account shortly.

• After you receive a confirmation email for your order, modifications or cancellations, including address changes are possible.
